If you take it like that I believe you better do not play poker at all. Online, live, B&M - this is the very typical pot, when 8 outs draw hand resists to agression. Each and every poker player with even subtle experience lost hundreds of such pots if not thousands. In tourneys, ring games, limits or no limits, everywhere. Yesterday I lost 88 to QJo on AT8 rainbow. It was $15/30 game and cost me about $300 in multiway pot. So what ? He has open ended straight, called all bets and raises on all rounds and caught his K on the river. I have absolutely no complains on him. ANd also said NH to him without any sarcasm.
It is poker, if you cannot survive such things - you better find some other occupation

Hehe, it happens and frequently - that's the risk you take playing online. However, you will always take things like this, online or otherwise.

Plus, I bet it doesn't last - how many times I've thought about hanging my cards up is only equalled by the number of times I've signed back in.
